Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.


Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized or custom-made items are final sale.

Due to the custom nature of these products:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalized items.

  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered based on size, color choice, or design approval.

  • Please carefully review all size charts, product details, and personalization information before purchasing.


Digital Products

All digital items are non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of digital goods.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

  • Email info@emmyspoon.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.


Shipping Information

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
