Imprint (2026) — Original Mixed Media

Imprint is an original mixed-media work exploring the traces that experiences leave behind. A quiet profile emerges from layers of repeated marks, warm washes, and overlapping lines, as though the figure and the space surrounding it are being formed from the same visual language.

Warm ochres, muted rose, brown, and touches of deep blue move throughout the piece. Small gestural marks gather around and within the figure, blurring the boundary between inner and outer space and giving the work a sense of movement despite the stillness of the profile.

Part of the Transmission collection, Imprint considers what passes between us and what remains afterward—the sensations, experiences, and emotions that leave traces even after their source has disappeared.
