Mindful Coloring Book

Creating art is therapeutic for me. When I started creating this book I wanted to create something that would allow an individual to color and let go of every day noise that gets into our head and release. This format of coloring gets you off of your devices and allows you to connect with the artwork in your own creative way. As with a-lot of my subconscious work, I didn’t have a specific image in mind, but let my mind flow freely to hand draw each design. I also incorporated some of these coloring pages with words to evoke feeling and emotion. This book includes ten pages of line art with out words and ten pages of line art with inspirational words.
