Closing Out the Year

Closing Out the Year

Christmas has come and gone, and I’m sitting in that quiet space afterward — where the lights are still glowing, the wrapping paper is long gone, and the year starts to feel like it’s exhaling.

This season always goes fast. It’s beautiful and chaotic all at once. There’s so much preparation, so many little moments packed in so tightly… and then suddenly it’s over.

This year, I’m proud of what I’ve been building.

I’ve made strides in my business — not just in the visible ways like listings, sales, and new ideas… but in the behind-the-scenes ways too. The small decisions. The learning curve. The consistency I’m practicing. The way I’m showing up for my creative work even when life is full.

And as much as I love the art and the business side of things… watching my daughter grow has been the biggest reminder that time doesn’t slow down.

Her personality is blooming more every day. The way she sees the world, the way she learns, the way she surprises me — it’s been one of the most meaningful parts of this year.

So today I’m just reflecting with a full heart.
Grateful for the cozy moments, the progress I can feel, and the people who make this life mine.

Here’s to carrying that into the new year — gently, and with intention.
