Noticing the Season

Noticing the Season

There’s a certain feeling to December that’s hard to describe.

Everything starts to speed up — holiday prep, lists, errands, plans, and that pressure to cram everything in before the year ends. It can be exciting, but it can also feel like my brain has fifty tabs open at once.

I’m trying to notice the season without letting it rush me.
To stay present in the middle of the chaos, even if it’s just in small moments.

Slow is still allowed… even in December.
